Here's an eerie item from the Department of Deja Vu.

I was listening to some old National Lampoon radio bits when I heard one called "Mission: Impeachable". It was originally broadcast on December 29, 1973. Even though it's over 30 years old, it sounds like it could have been performed yesterday. If you substitute "Hillary Clinton" for "George McGovern" and "Iraqis" for "Cubans", it's up to date.

The optimistic among you may find comfort that today's problems, like those of the Dark Days of Nixon, will pass like a painful political kidney stone. The pessimistic will sigh deeply and realize we will never be rid of Power Whores like the ones currently steering the Ship of State into an iceberg.
